The EI-TIME model from Kuechenprofi is equipped with a sensor and a colour-changing element. The sensor measures the temperature, the colour-changing element takes on the heat just like your breakfast egg. During cooking, the timer changes colour from the outside to the inside through bright red to dark chestnut. On the scale, you can read the degree of hardness and match the perfect moment to get the egg out of the pot. The result is eggs that are cooked at the desired consistency and to everyone's wishes.
